The short version
Over thirteen years in Austin, my work has spanned producing, curating, managing and performing across the city’s creative, wellness, leadership, music and artist communities.
During three and a half years managing and co-owning a community programming operation, I helped produce more than 300 classes and community programs for artists, wellness practitioners, leaders, facilitators and participants.
That production practice is strengthened by a professional background in business development, operations, recruiting and hiring — skills that translate directly into building teams, creating workflows, developing partnerships, coordinating vendors and talent, clarifying roles, and carrying a creative vision from concept through execution.

Coaching & mentorship
Alongside the operational work, I hold a body of coaching, mentorship and facilitation experience that informs how I work with founders and teams — particularly around the human side of structure: accountability, clarity, and how people actually change their behaviour inside an organization.
